It’s the kind of month where ideas linger a little longer than usual — half-formed, unresolved, quietly waiting to become something more. Somewhere between late nights and restless minds, Walenite Studios came to life.

We were awake.
Late at night.
And we decided to make games.

Walenite Studios is an indie game studio based in Davao City, built by people who believe that games are more than just systems and screens. We’re drawn to stories that stay with you, characters that feel human, and worlds that invite curiosity instead of rushing answers.

We don’t chase trends.
We chase feelings.

The kind you get when a moment in a game makes you pause.
When a line of dialogue hits a little too close.
When the credits roll, but the experience doesn’t really end there.

Our philosophy is simple:
Turning Imagination Into Play.

That means experimenting. Taking risks. Letting strange ideas breathe before deciding whether they make sense. Sometimes the best mechanics come from a joke at 2 AM. Sometimes the most meaningful stories start as unfinished thoughts.

We’re currently developing our first project — Project Odyssey (working title).

It’s still early, and we’re not ready to reveal everything just yet. What we can say is this: it’s a project deeply rooted in storytelling, atmosphere, and player experience. We’re taking our time to shape it into something honest — something that feels intentional, not rushed.
